SIP is an annual gathering of business professionals striving to make our mark by taking a stand, inspiring others to do the same, and providing aid to those in need in our community.


SIP was crafted and is managed by The Event Lounge. It is an actualization of a long time dream of Alison (Kieckhafer) Zimmerman, CMP, The Event Lounge's CEO. With the help of The Event Lounge team and the SIP Board of Directors, SIP's inaugural event took place in November 2015.

SIP stands for "Stand, Inspire and Provide".

The 2016 Board of Directors are excited to announce that this year's SIP event will be held on November 17 at Noah's Event Center in Richardson, TX. Tickets will be available for purchase starting August 15, 2016.


The teal thumbprint symbolizes those that are involved with SIP and support their charitable efforts. It represents those who are striving to make their mark on the world, while taking a stand, inspiring others to do the same and providing aid to those in need in our community.
